Pilgrims visit to Tirupati Balaji for darshan of Shri Venkateshwara Swamy and Goddess Padmavati. You guys can visit this place via booking an auto or cab for approx. 5-6 hours. The auto will charge Rs. 1000 to visit some of the tourist places near Tirupati railway station. If you want to book a cab, they will take approx. Rs 1500-2000 for the same places. So, according to your budget, you guys can book, whatever shoots. Please find those places below with brief knowledge which I get to know when I was visiting these places.
(1) Shri Padmavati Ammavari Temple
This is the iconic temple of Goddess Lakshmi and is famous as Padmavati Ammavari Temple. Here, you have to offer the Lotus flower to Goddess Padmavati. Here, photography and videography are strictly not allowed, that’s why pilgrims have to keep their footwear and mobile in the locker room. There was an elephant in the temple premises, they give you a blessing when you pay Rs. 50 to his owner, that moment is so amazing and mesmerizing.
The darshan timing in Shri Padmavati Ammavari Temple is 7 am to 11:30 am, 12:30 pm to 6 pm, and 7 pm to 9 pm.

(2) Shri Lakshmi Narayana Swamy Temple
This temple is famous for Lakshmi and Nayarana, and temple entry closed by 7 pm. So, keep timing in mind, when you planning to visit here. The darshan timing in Shri Lakshmi Narayana Swamy temple is 6 am to 7 pm.

(3) ISKON Temple, Tirupati
This is so a beautiful ISKON temple, I ever visited in India. Photography and videography are strictly prohibited inside the temple. They will take your mobile if guards will be caught you while taking photos or videos. There were beautiful shops inside the temple from where pilgrims can buy spiritual dresses, books, prasad, and many more. There was a lawn behind the temple, where they were distributing free prasad to pilgrims, and you will find a small canteen where you can sit for a few hours and enjoy the beautiful premises of the temple. The lighting of the temple and its premises in the evening is so mesmerizing. The darshan time of ISKON Temple, Tirupati is 6:30 am to 8:30 pm.

(4) Ramaswamy Temple
This is a temple famous for Lord Rama. Photography and videography are not allowed in the temple. Here, temple premises is so quite and calm.

(5) Sri Varadharaja Swamy Temple
This temple is famous for Shri Venkateshwara Swamy. When we visit the temple, they were playing Holi Lord Venkateswara by using yellow chandan. The traditional spiritual south indian dance is perfoming by dancers inside the temple premises. This spiritual environment of temple premises will felt so calm and quiet to the mind.

(6) Shri Kapileswara Swamy Temple
This temple is our last destination and will open by late evening 9 pm. Here, pilgrims density is more than any other temple due to water fall behind the temple. The darshan timing in Shri Kapileswara Swamy Temple is 5: 30 am to 9 pm.

(7) Kapila Theertham Waterfall
This waterfall is inside the Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple. This water will flow all over the year, but during the monsoon season, the flow is so heavy. We visited during starting April, so the waterfall flow is so light. The scenic view of the waterfall is so beautiful. The view timing of Kapila Theertham Waterfall is 5:30 am to 10 pm.

(8) Shri Venugopala Swamy Vari Temple
This temple is inside Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple premises, so people would visit here in one go. The darshan timing in Shri Venugopala Swamy Vari Temple is 5:30 am to 9 pm.

(9) Tirumala Chakratheertham
Small waterfall popular during the rainy season, with rock formations & an adjacent temple. It is believed that Lord Brahma wished to observe Penance and clean this place. Lord Vishnu Plunged the Sudarshana Chakram. The Sudarshana Chakram fell into a place that later came to be known as Chakra Theertham. According to vedic story, pilgrims were taking a bath in this pond to wash their sins. All put together 108 tirthas in Tirumala. The opening time in Tirumala Chakratheertham is 5 am to 6:30 pm.

(10) Srivari Paadaalu
This compact temple is set on a leafy hilltop, housing a relic of Lord Venkateswara’s footprints. Alipiri is one of two ways to reach Tirumala on foot, and it was until recently the only one in modern times. Srivari Mettu, about 20 km away, is the original one that was renovated and brought back to use in 2008. Alipiri is the longer route with 3550 steps, and Srivari Mettu is the shorter route with 2388 steps. It is believed that Lord descended on the earth for the first time making Srivari Paadaalu a centerpiece of the Tirupati vacation itinerary on the Lord’s divine feet are worshiped at this point on the hill. The opening time in Srivari Paadaalu is 6 am to 6 pm.

How To Reach Srivari Padalu
- Padala mandapam is at a distance of 6 KMs from Tirumala Balaji Temple. It is located to the north of Balaji Temple.
- APSRTC operates buses from CRO Office to padalu mandapam.
- Taxis will also be operating between Paadaalu and Tirumala Bus Stand.
- Parking facility is available at this location.
(11) Jungle Book Water Falls
Jungle Book is a natural forest area made into a secured park by the forest department in Tirupati. To make people close to benefits by having direct contact with nature. Jungle Book is present at Kapil Theertham in Tirupati and can be reached easily. The main attraction points in Jungle Book Water Falls are Peacock House, Tree Top Trail, Naturist, Deer Crawl, Insectarium, Rock Thrills, Mineral Kingdom, Malwadigundam Water Falls, Bird’s eye view, Birds Paradise, Kids Corner, Bamboo Tunnel, Boating. The entry fee in Junble Book Water Falls is Rs. 3 and boating fare is Rs. 10 per person.

(12) Silathoranam
Natural Arch, Tirumala Hills, a notified National Geo-heritage Monument, is a distinctive geological feature 1 km north of the Tirumala Hills temple, near the Chakra Teertham in Tirupati district in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The arch is also called Silathoranam in the local language. There is a well-maintained garden in front of the arch where visitors wish to rest or wait until the fog clears. Sunset is also a good time to visit, as the arch looks even more striking and mystifying in the light of the setting sun. The view of the arch in light of a full moon called “ethereally beautiful”. The opening time in Silathoranam is 7 am to 7 pm.

(13) Talakona Waterfall
Talakona means head hill in Telugu (tala – head, and Kona – hill). Thalakona allegorically means “the head of the Seshachalam hills” as these mountains are believed to be the starting point of the Tirumala mountain ranges. Talakona waterfall is in Sri Venkateswara National Park, Tirupati district of Andhra Pradesh. Talakona is the highest waterfall 270 feet-fall in Andhra Pradesh state.
It is a resort with waterfalls, dense forests, and wildlife. It has 12 Suites rooms, each with two-bed accommodation with attached toilets. Pilgrims can book Talakona accommodation room suites through the online booking system. Talakona Waterfall’s timings are from 6 AM to 7:30 PM. There are many public transport facilities to Tirupati from Talakona.

(14) Tirumala Deer Park Reserve
Charming national park & animal reserve known for its free-roaming deer & exotic birds. The Deer Park lies on the way to Tirumala and you may take a stop over in this place and enjoy the joyful company of deer in their natural habitat. You can see herds of deer thriving in the incredible flora of the park and can even feed them with your hands. The Deer Park Reserve is a tourist friendly zone which allows friendly activities with the deer and dramatic views of the surrounding landscapes.

(15) Swami Pushkarini
Swami Pushkarini pond lies within the sacred premises of Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temple. A dip in this highly sacred tank adjacent to the temple is considered a custom before entering the temple. According to the legend, Swami Pushkarini was a pleasure tank of Sri Maha Vishnu in Vaikuntam and was brought and set on Earth by Garuda, for the sport of Sri Venkateswara. It is adjacent to the Sri Venkateswara temple. A bath in the Swami Pushkarini is believed to clean pilgrims of their sins and bestow temporal prosperity. Pilgrims bathe here before entering the main temple. A bath in the holy tank purifies one’s body and soul.
